The Budi Bhakti UPS Tegal Cooperative has successfully held its Annual Members' Meeting on Saturday 25 February 2023. The meeting which was attended by 265 members out of a total of 329 members took place very solemnly and lively with support from the Tegal City PKPRI which was attended by and the Municipal MSME Cooperatives and Trade Office. Tegal. Several appreciations and suggestions were conveyed so that the Budi Bhakti cooperative would progress further and improve the welfare of its members. As conveyed by the Chancellor of the University of Pancasakti Tegal Dr. Taufiqullah, S.Pd M.Hum who strongly supports the plan to modernize and digitize the Budi Bhakti cooperative chaired by Budi Susetyo, SE., M.Sc through the development of an online E-commerce application or marketplace so that the Budi Bhakti cooperative can provide wider services to community and make it easier for members to shop or use cooperative services.

Directions and input were also conveyed by the head of Tegal City Dikopinda, Sipon Junaedi where the Budi Bakti cooperative needs to carry out business development through adding business units. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a discussion on changes to the cooperative's AD/ART at this annual member meeting to formulate and decide on a new name and type of business to be managed by the cooperative. He also congratulated the management, supervisors and members of the cooperative on the achievement of audit results from public accountants with very satisfactory results, namely reasonable.

High appreciation was conveyed by the chairman of PKP RI Tegal City Dr. H Rukman Tea, SH, MM for the results of audits from public accountants with satisfactory results. Besides that, he also appreciates the cooperative profits which increase every year and the business units are increasingly varied. This member meeting is the highest authority in the cooperative, according to the Head of Tegal City UMKM and Trade Cooperatives. With the increasing diversification of business units, it shows that the Budi Bakti cooperative has improved its service and quality. He also said that to improve the expertise and quality of management, supervisors and cooperative members, the Dinkop UKM opened cooperative training for all cooperative members.
